Crystal is an Executive Assistant at Tidemark, where she supports the Founder and Partner.
Prior to joining Tidemark, she worked in roles supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments and has experience working in dynamic, high-growth settings. She values structure in her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time in nature, and exploring new languages and cultures.
