Phil is an investor at Tidemark. Prior to joining Tidemark, he was a member of the technology and software investment team at TA Associates, where he led sector-focused sourcing, conducted operational and market diligence on new opportunities, and worked closely with select portfolio companies on various organic and inorganic strategic initiatives. Previously, Phil held a chief of staff role at ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI), specifically supporting the CRO’s office. Phil started his career at J.P. Morgan with their Investment Banking Technology M&A group.

Phil graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration. He is a Bay Area native and enjoys tennis, running, and skiing in his free time.
